模拟环境的ks

模拟环境不支持 spot 和 margin 。合约模拟环境需要在网页上执行一笔账户划转操作。另外如果是模拟环境，需要指定 -u fx-api-testnet.gateio.ws

如 是在钱包里往合约帐户里划转资金么，我已经操作了，合约账户已经有钱了还是一样的报错，也制定了baseurl为模拟环境的，这个有没有使用手册 image

示例里默认是使用 usdt 结算，划转的账户是 usdt 结算账户吗
