No access to LOV #7

The Plugin does not have access to LOV. A search yields:

Error Status: Connection problem API LOV - Access down

Hi, thanks for spotting the error. Indeed LOV was time. Now I restarted the server. Could you check if everything works again? Thanks!

The plugin remains without access to LOV. Tried using: Protégé v4.3, v5.0.0 and v5.5.0
