JS suggestion for subtitle #3

Linked Open Vocabularies (LOV): a gateway to reusable semantic vocabularies on the Web[JS: Subtitle seems overlong. Is 'semantic vocabularies' redundant? Do you need 'a gateway to' (what about 'towards...'?. JS suggests to have Linked Open Vocabularies (LOV): towards reusable vocabularies on the Web. WDYT?

I see in the intro that we define ``semantic vocabulary''. So we can maybe just change "a gateway to".
