PBS:IO error

I have a problem playing one of my songs, I tried playing it on another player but it's fine. Can be seen in the screenshot above. Only the Odyssey cannot be played.

AFAIK adb logcat should be helpful

Hi,

maybe the other player access the file via the system path and not the content URI shown in your srceenshot.

You could try several options:

• reboot your device, or trigger the database scan in odyssey (via the integrated file browser)
• can you play the file via the filebrowser in odyssey?
• remove the song from your device, reboot, add the song again, reboot

Which android version are you running and which device are you using?

sorry about the late reply I've fixed it myself, by deleting the song and downloading it again. Yes I can play all the music with the file browser, but only the song can't. Also I have re-scanned the database and it still won't play.

I tried it on the J1 Ace J111F Stock Rom Android lollipop 5.1.1

Also now there is a little problem with the music artwork, which sometimes doesn't display the artwork. But there are only a few songs that can't display artwork. I've tried downloading it in the database and it's still like that.

And can you add Reverb effect, bass booster, and Build in equalizer?

Because I really like this music player, with its very strong performance and no lag when I open a directory that contains a large size music.

I don't get the problem with the artwork. Was it there before you fixed your issue?

The answer to the equalizer request is simple: Odyssey doesn't have an equalizer instead it will open the equalizer from your android system.
