[suggestion] Use unix paths in migration.yaml instead of windows #23

We can work around the windows paths in archive by using upath(it's in 1.5.2), but it would seem better to me if we use unix paths across the board. They are fully supported in Windows, so no real reason not to.

Thoughts @justinneff ?
