It would be useful to be able to generate a script to update a database later. In my case, the SQL Server is at a client location and the server does not have external access. Additionally, we may not be able to connect a laptop to the network to run the publish.
We have a database backup of the current state of the databases. We could generate a script locally that could be copied to the SQL Server and run while onsite without having the ims-migration package installed.
