[BUG] - Batch Cloning broken with Manifest v3 #195

Describe the bug The experimental batch cloning feature is somewhat broken with the new code refactor and manifest v3 upgrade.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a repo's issue page
  2. Sometimes the batch clone button is not visible

Expected behavior The batch clone button should be visible and the feature should work as it did previously
