5 months ago ah, it seems this is actually possible, but that the search for the dropdown is oddly half case sensitive, so was only showing up partial results when typing things lowercase, but once I used the proper casing, it revealed the current repo as target,

In addition to being able to clone to other repos, it would be great to be able to just clone (duplicate) the issue within the current repo
Describe the solution you'd like Either a second button that just says "Duplicate" perhaps? Or having an option in the dropdown for "Current repository"
