A few improvements to the Create Button Page would be of benefit:

Drop-down menu for the currency field, so that it can be "BCH", "EUR", "USD", "JPY", or "CNY"
Animate the showing and hiding of the "allow any amount" portion
Remedy the ugly situation where the bottom of the "amount" field hits the top of "dialog title"
Allow the "advanced options" portion to be re-collapsed after hiding
