Implementation of GW-124

This branch is safe to merge if needed. This branch implements the Gateway platforms API, excluding the ability to edit your platforms or commissions.

Missing Stuff:

• Still need to clean up imports to swap over to destructuring.
• Still need to abstract out some API code and move it to the correct directory.
• Still need to implement editing platforms and commissions.
• Still need to implement error reporting for creating platforms and commissions.
• Still need to refactor the edit commission display so it looks a bit nicer.
• Still need to squash commits before merge.

I'm gonna merge this and put it in production (granted there's still some things needing work), so that people can start screwing around with Platforms
