概要

DNNの各層を非線形の系と考えて制御理論のリアプノフの安定性理論を適用している. 各層の重みのspectral normが局所および大域的なDNNの頑健性にどのように影響しているかを示し, spectral normに対する制約がAEsに対する頑健性の向上に有効であることを示す.
