概要

AEsに対する脆弱性と自然なノイズに対する脆弱性に本質的な差は無いことを、実験と理論の両方で確認した。従って、頑健性を向上させる手法はimagenet-cのようなデータセットでの評価も同時に行うことが好ましい。

AEsに対する頑健性を向上させるには、大きな自然なノイズに対するエラー率を本質的にゼロにする必要がある。決定境界までの距離を大きくする手法はGaussノイズに対する頑健性も同時に向上させる。

curruptionに対する頑健性を測ると、単に勾配を隠すことによって頑健性を向上させている手法と効果的な頑健性向上手法を区別出来る。
