Accessibility improvements

[x] Add ALT tag with "Home" to the logo
[ ] Add headings for easy keyboard navigation (CTRL-Option Command 8)
[ ] Add 1st level heading from name to next heading (Directory)
[ ] Label buttons (e.g., "(+)" needs to be labeled "Add")
[ ] Label "X" button as "Exit"
[ ] Ensure all buttons are properly labeled (e.g., "Create Household" instead of just "+")
[ ] Implement proper heading structure for better navigation
[x] Add alt text to images (e.g., profile pictures) or a place for users to add the alt text
[ ] Improve table navigation and structure (th tags with scope attribs)
