Search for folks signed up for meals #348

Feature request from Elph (3/15/17):

"In the Meals section the Search box does not search for meals that a person is signed up for. But you can reveal who is signed up for a meal by clicking on the meal and scrolling to the bottom - so it is not an issue of privacy.

Scenario: Frank asks Elph if he can chat with him briefly about solar panels sometime this week. Elph says sure, over dinner face to face would be great or maybe after a dinner at 7pm. Franks asks Which dinners are you signed up for? Aha!"
