Model demonstration table #9

Add on the Github readme a table to demonstrate that the model is doing what it supposed to do

That is, feed the model with some of the values from the tables in this link (e.g., 10 for each gender) https://www.cdc.gov/growthcharts/html_charts/hcageinf.htm and show that for several selected HC values the module produces a HC percentile consistent with the percentile on the table (of course it wont be exact but the deviation should be rather minimal) Growth Charts - Data Table of Infant Head Circumference-for-age Charts

hcDifferences.csv Here we have some examples. Values tend to diverge after 24 months for low (e.g. 3) percentiles but this is reported in the article. We should probably add a disclaimer about this.
