As of now, anyone can view user profile pictures regardless of any party being a member of the crew. This should be changed so that only crewmembers can view the picture of other crewmembers as long as they both are crew of the same event.

Only make pictures available for others to see if the crewmember is active the same year as the person performing the search.

Only people in the crew should see pictures, regardless. And this needs to be event-specific. (e.g.: tg20-crew should not see pics for tg19-members)
