Wrong number of applicants shown to user when applications are only shown to chiefs #50

"Current number of applicants matching your filter is X"

Path: /tg20/Enroll/filter?crew_id=xxx

This number is wrong (counts all hidden applications as well). The number should be based on what the user actually can see, similarly to the view below.
