[ ] 1st Breakpoint at 800 pixels, shrinks width
[ ] 2nd Breakpoint at 650 pixels, shrinks width again and slips nav bar under logo
[x] 3rd Breakpoint at 500 pixels, shrinks width and changes nav tabs into a select type input

What does this mean: "shrinks width"...? Details might be helpful...
