doesn't work under service worker

if i start from index page and then move in to other pages it works but if i refresh in other page then homepage so like request is /app/login it returns 404

this has something to do with TRAILING_SLASH in safari in chrome it seems to work with default settings in safari this doesn't work either way. on default settings safari adds / in the end and when i refresh on it it sends 404 if i change it to FALSE then it works but then it removes / by itself and again 404 .

seems to be some safari this config issue i am not sure how to fix it
