How about upgrade to gatsby 3.0 ? #6

This repo is referenced in the 3.0 release, but is still using v2.

@KarlBaumann from my understanding, I think the breaking changes with gatsby-image in particular need to be fixed in the gatsby-source-wordpress plugin. Only then this starter will be unblocked for v3 upgrade. I'm also looking forward to it.
