Plugin Library lo-fi sketch #3003

Hey @KyleAMathews, @calcsam, and @fk (and others welcome as well!). Here's a lo-fi version of a possible plugin library. Thoughts? I'm concerned it's a bit crowded, and maybe too much like js.coach. Also included summary of the research for reference (so you know what pain points are and what Gatsby fans are experiencing w/ current plugin situation).
