[Import] Import from url by ip and non-80 port Error #2

Describe the bug import from url by ip and non-80 port such as http://localhost:8000/graphql,will prompt getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND localhost:8000.

Expected behavior support import from url by ip and non-80.

same here while trying to fetch from http://localhost:4000/api

Getting that to with <fqdn in my active directory domain>:5001/graphql.

The endpoint uses https with a valid Let's Encrypt certificate for the fqdn.
