About the project.
I studied your proposal, and I found some features that need attention.
- Authentication Screen
This screen needs an email and password, but I did not see any signup button. Are you planning to add this button? Where will the user sign-up use the wallet?
- Wallet features
Where is the screen that will connect with some wallet? Which wallets should it support? Are you planning to use some API between the app and the blockchain, or are you planning to use web3 directly to the app?
- Send / Receive coins
Since you are planning to use the web3 directly on the app, it should be simple, so I believe we don't have any issues here.
- My proposal.
We can write a delivery roadmap and add milestones for payment. Example.

User Interfaces
Core considerations for building UI of a crypto wallet(which is relatively simple) are:

Keep it simple. I will keep UI codes scoped and consistent so that it will be easy to change and reason about.

Future-Proof. As Apple don't care about backward compatible a lot, especially in frameworks relative to UI building. So I would recommmend to build the UI by SwiftUI. The cons of SwiftUI is it requires the minimum iOS version to be above iOS13 (or iOS15, if we want to base on stable version of SwiftUI). In most cases it doesn't matter because of rapid adoption of iOS15, but if it does, We can fallback to Xib/Storyboard.

Core considerations for designing a data logic is whether it's easy to reason about and maintain.
From to my experience, the best practice of designing data logic for long-term projects consist of two principles:

Single source of truth. Which basically means let data flow from one source and flow in one direction.

Composable component. Composable logic/component will make the codebase much more easy to reason about, change and maintain.

We will provide the addresses for connecting to our smart contracts on Polygon’s Network, but you need to develop the web3 architecture logic to handle queries to the Network.

We are looking for developers to know what they're doing. We want people to bring solutions and take the initiative. We are open to discussing topics for the development on its key aspects, but you need to get arguments why it would be best to do it a certain way or not, so we can take decisions.
If you need micromanagement or we need to explain much more than the info provided here, you probably are not suitable for the job.
Maintenance
