gulp build: genimgs: not found #162

How to correctly install and build this project? When I run npm build I get:

> gulp build

[13:14:03] Starting 'genimgs'...
@gauntface/html-asset-manager Error output from genimgs tool:

/bin/sh: 1: genimgs: not found
