Mac client for download is corrupt #156

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloading the client from the website  and trying to install the client
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The following disk image could not be read: Illegal seek.

What version of Metasploit are you using (type: svn info)? On which
operating system?

Latest community but this is not a MSF issue, rather the client appears to be 
corrupt. Running OSX Mavericks

Which database are you using? N/A

Please provide any additional information below.

Postgres is 9.3
Metasploit works,
There are two issues 
The first one refers armitage.dmg see the attached file
As armitage.dmg doesn't work, I've used the jar file provided from the linux 
package
The second one refers two the database connection
my JVM is 1.7
Despite all my investigation I'm not able to get a database connection valid, 
could you help me in this way

Ok, I have an answer to this now. For years, I've bundled my Java Applications 
with the JarBundler program provided by Apple. This program is deprecated as 
Apple has gotten out of the business of building a Java for MacOS X. Now Oracle 
provides the MacOS X Java which is not compatible with JarBundler built apps.

Next Armitage release will move over to a new .app package that uses

And this is fixed. I've updated the build files in the Armitage SVN repository 
and I've replaced the .dmg file on the website with the new MacOS X application 
file. Redownload Armitage and you should be all set now.
