Add support for checking URL links (http or https) by trying to access the respective server page
Add config option to enable / disable the check
Add config option to specify acceptable http status codes

This pull request closes #1

Merging this now, I'll do few edits in README and then push out the new version. I am also thinking about setting URL checks to false by default. I am not sure though, I will see to it.
