Document uninstall process #183

How do you completely uninstall minify? Is their any database entries I need to 
remove too?

1. Remove the changes in your HTML files (no hrefs/srcs should point to Minify 
URLs)
2. Rename /min to something like /min.bak
3. Test your site (make sure you didn't miss anything in step 1. If you did, 
rename it back to /min)
4. Remove /min
5. Remove the "minify_" files from your temp directory (usually /tmp on unix) 
if you feel the need to
