I'm getting what I imagine is the same memory limit issue as everyone else, but on Ubuntu. I've tried running SequenceMatrix through the terminal using
java -Xms1024M -Xmx3000M -jar SequenceMatrix.jar
but it's still hanging. Is there another way to tweak the memory limit that I'm missing? Or even update the memory limit within the javascript somewhere? I'm a bit at a loss. It's possible I'm hitting the memory limit of my machine--but the system monitor doesn't seem to show that. (File import starts at the small blip in memory.)
