0_5-ZONE_VRF_BASEBORD_template.idf, 5Zone_obFMU.idf and running the script on custom .idf files #2

Hello again :sweat_smile:, I was playing around and trying to run the simulation for different scenarios; but I can't manage to do that.

I was wondering if you can explain the difference between 0_5-ZONE_VRF_BASEBORD_template.idf and 5Zone_obFMU.idf (I know that one is a template and the other is the specific scenario but I would like to know the specifics). Like how can I generate an .idf file that suits the template and therefore can run the simulation on, better yet how is the template generated in the first place. I'd like to know, if possible, what you used to generate these files.

Any input on how to run the simulation on any .idf file and the generation of these files would be greatly appreciated!

Hei, You should go through the paper which describes in detail what these specific .IDF files do and are meant for.
