Cannot click input box when using touchbehavior

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://jsfiddle.net/t9CLH/4/
2. Click on the input box to change the field's text
3. Nothing Happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should see a blinking cursor and be able to type in the text field. 
Instead, nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7, Firefox, NS 2.9.2

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm on Firefox 13 as well. Clicking on an input field doesn't work when the 
scrollbar is visible. If the scrollbar is not visible, everything works fine.

To reproduce, you'll need to resize your browser window so that the nicescroll 
bars appear. Alternatively, you can open up something like firebug so the bars 
appear, or add more lorem ipsum text so the text overflows, causing the 
scrollbars to be active.

2.9.5 seems to have fixed the issue. 

*Note that the jsfiddle still does not currently work, but only because it is 
referencing a 2.9.2 version.
