Can't download any wallpapers #5

On the latest build of the app on my device I can't download any sort of wallpapers It is not even starting the download I tried all my R&D which was easy to do like I uninstalled and reinstalled it and I also cleared the app data and cache memory too but no use so please solve this issue as fast as possible please it my humble request.
