Please include minified jquery.flot.js on github #576

I'd like to add flot as a submodule within my git repository to keep it up to 
date but unfortunately you don't distribute the minified version of flot. 
Downloading from code.google.com is not convenient for developers.

I understand the thought behind this request, but it's not really feasible for 
us to constantly update a separate minified copy each time the main library 
changes.

Generally it's better practice to depend on the un-minified version of a 
library, then minify as part of your app's deployment.
