Hoverable highlighting not working on 100% pie charts (IE8) #579

When adding the hoverable attribute to a pie chart, normally when you hover it 
highlights the current slice.  When a pie chart is at 100%, (i.e. only one 
slice) this does not happen in IE8.  Works fine in firefox.  Am using 1.6.2 
(also doesnt work on 1.4.4) and flot 0.7 with the pie chart plugin.

Confirmed using IE9 in IE8 mode.  It works in IE9, so this must be an 
excanvas-related issue.
