First label on y-axis has wrong position when radius of points is too small #589

When I don't use any points on my graph or use them with a radous > 2 
everything works fine.

However, when I use points wih an radius < 3 the position of the first 
"tickLabel" on the y-axis is 1 px too high.

Please see attached screenshots.

This is quite minor; probably some rounding error in canvas, but I confirmed 
that the problem does exist.
