FIX: Improve the design of readme file and add contributors section. #53 #106

This PR will fix issue #53 Hi @gauravsingh1281 I've improved the design and the structure little bit and added the contributors section also. Tried to add the logo in the README but for some reason local relative path not showing any images 🤷🏽‍♂️. So left it, until the logo is being hosted somewhere online.

If there's any suggestions please let me know : )
