🚀 Feature Request
Description I would like to propose adding a new page in the rent calculation section of the Rentalog.in application to enhance the rent management experience for landlords.
Problem Statement Currently, the rent calculation feature may not provide comprehensive insights into rent payments and trends. Adding a dedicated page for rent calculations can help landlords better track their rental income and visualize payment histories, leading to improved financial management.
Proposed Solution The new rent calculation page should include:
A summary of total rent collected over different periods (monthly, quarterly, yearly). Graphical representations (charts or graphs) showing rent trends and payment histories. A breakdown of late payments and outstanding balances. User input fields to project future rent income based on various scenarios. For example, the page could display a line graph representing monthly rent income, alongside tables that show detailed payment histories.
Alternatives Considered While we could integrate these features into the existing rent management page, separating them allows for a more focused user experience, improving clarity and ease of use.
Additional Context This feature will provide landlords with better insights into their rental income and help them make informed decisions. Having this data readily available can enhance the overall utility of Rentalog.in for property management.
Checklist I have checked the existing issues, and this feature request is not a duplicate. I have starred this repository.
