Feature Request: Fix Navbar Overlapping Content

Description
The website’s navbar is currently overlapping the content below it, making it difficult for users to interact with or view the page information. Additionally, the navbar is too large, taking up excessive vertical space, which further reduces the overall user experience.

Problem Statement
The overlapping navbar obstructs the view of the main content, causing usability and accessibility issues. Its large size contributes to a poor user experience, as users cannot easily access the information or interact with the content without scrolling or resizing the window. Fixing these issues is essential to improve website navigation and content accessibility.

Proposed Solution
The navbar should be fixed at the top of the page without covering the content beneath it. This can be achieved by:

• Adjust the CSS to use position to relative or fixed for the navbar.
• Adding proper padding or margin to the content below the navbar to ensure it doesn’t overlap.
• Ensuring the z-index is appropriately set to keep the navbar visible without obstructing the content.
• Decreasing the height of the navbar to reduce its size, ensuring it occupies less vertical space. Example: The navbar should remain at the top, and the main content should start right below it, maintaining appropriate space between them.

Alternatives Considered
One alternative considered was setting a fixed height for the navbar and reducing the content margin. However, this might not be scalable across different screen sizes. The proposed solution ensures better responsiveness.
