[BUG]Register page is not proper

Describe the bug The register page is having overlapping text. the heading, subheading and logo is overlapping.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'the site'
2. Click on 'register'
3. See error

Expected behavior The heading, subheading and logo should not overlap, thus maintaining a proper distance and orientation.
