Upgrade to angular 8 #46

Hello, i've rise all the angular number in the package.json in order to make it works with the last version

Thanks, for the pull request. you added @types/jquery as a dependency. But intl-tel-input has no dependency on jquery. So we don't require any types for jquery. I updated the package to angular version 8.0.3.
