Issue loading Signal palette following Beta 1.3 upgrade #19

Hi there,

I've recently update to Beta 1.3 as per https://discourse.nodered.org/t/node-red-1-3-0-beta-1-released/41960

I understand this is a beta release but wanted to inform you in case there are any updates required to this palette to enable it to work once this release goes into GA.

Let me know if you need any logs or anything to support.

After removing project dependency and reinstalling it works.
