Create a safe config #3

Already had problems with the system uploading the GitHub credentials.

  1. Replace the useable configs with shared working folders for local docker development.
  2. Maybe it's own ticket: get working config files for server, runner, cli in secure working dev environment
  3. Again maybe another ticket - get the CLI to auto work with the server that it is attached.

All of these need to probably looked up / documented and configured.
