feat: sanitizer tests #64

adds sanitizer tests to CI
not testing Fortran example with address sanitizer, because it triggers "Indirect Leaks"; I checked a few and the seem benign...
undefined-behavior sanitizer reproduces #49
- @gavalian has found that this is not really a problem, so we suppress these, and therefore this PR closes #49
fixed a few simple leaks, so now the leak sanitizer passes

@gavalian I've suppressed get*At and put*At from hipo::structure, however, there are still remaining complaints about hipo::event::getStructurePosition:
