Error "Dublicate creation TYPE mismatch" #21

An error "Dublicate creation TYPE mismatch" occurs during install.cm execution, see photo. It appears at "PCLOAD product\fdexp\ros_state.pc" at line 72.

I tried Load command by manual on Pendant, and had same result.

There any ideas how to fix it?
