No data from ISMG

Hi,

Thank for this project. I installed your code successfully on a PI-3 / Jessie, but have issues getting the RS-485 connection to raspberry up an running:

• lsusb shows the usb -> rs-485 device.
• in python gavazzireader.py --configure it keep checking ports to run out to 255.
• RJ45 with RS-485 on pin 7/8, 5 inch length wire.
• tried both ports on ISMG,
• swapped pin 7/8.
• With groung / without.
• changed dipswitches in ISMG to match (anlage with one wechselrighter), one device only. http://www.solarview.info/gavazzi-fb_installieren.pdf
• cat /dev/ttyUSB0 gives no output.

Do you recall doing anything else to get this going ?

Dit you resolve you're problem? I dit the same as you discripe and i'm also not getting it to work.

I changed some things so I run it directly in python and run the ISMGFinder() class to check on any communication bud it can't connect.
