Relabelling of Links #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the Admin Page: /user/admin
2. Examine the labels of choices

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Labels are incorrectly labelled. It makes it unclear that the actions are for 
aggregates and not individual elements.  The correct re-labellings ought to be:
  List User -> List Users
  Manage User -> Manage Users
  Manage Profile Field -> Manage Profile Fields

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
yii-user-0.3-r107

Please provide any additional information below.
This is also the case on the admin profile page:
  Manage User -> Manager Users
