As a Developer, I need to know that external services called by the ViewModel execute their operations separately so that I can change values and continue process flow effectively.

There are a few methods in the TimerService and AccelerometerService that should return boolean values, namely the StartAccelerometerAsync() and StartTimerAsync() methods.
