Render a visual gauge to represent User's current accelerometer frequency #28

As a User, I want to view my current tremor level in an easy to understand gauge so that I may be able to keep in line with my desired Tremor Frequency level.

Acceptance Criteria:

Determine a UI control suitable to use as a Gauge to represent the delta in Accelerometer readings. (preferably open source and free to use)
Have the Customer sign off on the look and feel of the gauge.
Add unit tests, where applicable
Add documentation, where necessary
