This PR fixes issue #26 in that it adds temporal awareness for prescribed sessions. A list of total changes is below:
If the user has not started a prescribed session before, the application will consider it an "Induction" session, and it will use the constant "FirstPrescribedSessionTimeLimit".
Every subsequent Prescribed Session will be saved to the DB as a "Maintenance" Session
The countdown timer now accurately reflects the time remaining with leading zeros.
