1 year ago Due to time constraints, I'm pushing a UI update alongside constants being hard tied to the base frequency for the duration of an entire session. I will add the frequency changing rules during a running session in the next update.
Change buttons on opening page to Day 1 (60 minute session with 30 minutes at 2/3 frequency, 30 min at 1/3 frequency) versus days 2-7 (30 minute session with 15 minutes at 2/3 frequency, 15 min at 1/3 frequency)
