Please could you look into finding a fix to install to the latest MacOS please

The app looks good on first connection but then it never connects again.

Any idea why?

I have tried everything and cannot get my hiMD device to connect formatted the dis and reconnected Platinum never reconnects I getimage -1678840290384.log
